Biography
Duane is focused on the origination, structuring and execution of new investment opportunities in the exploration and production industry. His responsibilities also include working closely with ARC's portfolio companies on corporate strategy, risk management, strategy execution and financial matters. Duane currently represents ARC on the boards of Capio Energy Inc., Huron Resources Corp., Sitka Exploration Ltd., and Corinthian Oil Corp.
