Mr. Brett Marchand serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vision 7 International Ulc. Mr. Marchand has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cossette North America at Cossette Inc. Mr. Marchand served as Chief executive Officer of Cossette Inc. since November 2010. He served as the President of Cossette Inc. since February 2010. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Cossette Inc. from February 2010 to November 2010. He served as Executive Vice President of Toronto office Operations of Cossette. Mr. Marchand served as Managing Director Cossette Communication-Marketing at Cossette Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Cossette. He served as Vice-President of Marketing of Cossette. While at Cossette, Mr. Marchand has led the Toronto agency back to international acclaim with several Lions at the prestigious Cannes Advertising Festival and domestic awards shows such as the Marketing Awards. He serves as a Director at Vision 7 International Ulc. He is closely involved in breakthrough business-building marketing campaigns as both a Client and Ad Agency Executive. He has distinguished himself in the Canadian marketing and advertising community as a Champion of great advertising and an ardent believer in the power of creative communications to build business. He also led the Canadian advertising industry's trade association, the Institute of Communication Agencies (ICA) as its Chairman for three years. During this time, Mr. Marchand sparked a rejuvenation of the ICA, which included the hiring of a new Chief Executive Officer, the launch of Canada's first-ever Advertising Week and a landmark new collective agreement with the Canadian actors guild, ACTRA.
