Martin Faucher

Biography

Mr. Martin Faucher, CA, BM, DL, CS, MB serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President at Vision 7 International Ulc. Mr. Faucher has been Chief Financial Officer of Cossette Inc. (a/k/a Cossette Communication Group Inc.) since August 25, 2008 and serves as its Executive Vice President and Vice President. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of iPerceptions Inc. from June 2007 to August 22, 2008 and served as its Secretary. Mr. Faucher was Chief Financial Officer of Microbridge Technologies Canada Inc., a private electronic calibration corporation. From June 1986 to January 2004, Mr. Faucher was Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of Kaydara Inc., a leading 3-D animation software company that was sold to Alias Systems Inc. in 2004. He started his business career in 1987 and founded a computer consulting company, and later joined Ernst & Young as External Auditor. He served as Project Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Ernst & Young since 1994. He served as a Director of Cossette Communication Group Inc., since August 25, 2008. He has been a Member of the Ordre des Comptables Agréés du Québec since 1994. Mr. Faucher holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Management Science, obtained in 1991, when he graduated with the University Scholar and Faculty of Management Award designations from McGill University, as well as a diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University obtained in 1993.
