Biography
David T. Gibbons, 72, of Naples, Florida, U.S.A., was Cott’s Interim Chief Executive Officer from March 2008 to February 2009. Prior to joining Cott, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Perrigo Company, a manufacturer of retailer brand over-the-counter pharmaceutical and nutritional products, from 2000 to 2006, and from 2003 to 2007, he also held the role of Chairman of that company. Mr. Gibbons has served on the board of directors of Perrigo and Robbins & Myers, Inc., a manufacturer of fluid management products. He has served on Cott’s board since April 2007, and is currently the Chairman of the board.
