Biography
Stephen H. Halperin, 66, of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is a partner at the law firm of Goodmans LLP and a member of that firm’s Executive Committee. He has been a partner with Goodmans since 1987 and a member of the Executive Committee since 1993. He also serves as a director of Gluskin Sheff + Associates, Inc., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed wealth management company, and is a member of the Board of Governors of McGill University. Mr. Halperin served on the board of trustees of KCP Income Fund, a custom manufacturer of national brand and retailer brand consumer products, and has served on the boards of several other publicly listed issuers. He has served on Cott’s board since 1992.
