Biography
Mr. Lee Lischka serves as Vice President of Sales and Safety Manager at XL Fluid Systems Ltd. Mr. Lischka has been Treasurer and Secretary of Cougar Oil and Gas Canada Inc. since August 25, 2009. Mr. Lischka served as the Chief Executive officer, President, Secretary and Treasurer of Ore-More Resources Inc. since August 25, 2009. He served as President of Cougar Oil and Gas Canada Inc. from August 25, 2009 to August 17, 2010. He served as the Principal Financial Officer of Ore-More Resources Inc. Mr. Lischka serves as the Sales Manager and Managing Partner of XL Fluid Systems. Mr. Lischka joined XL Fluid Systems in June 2008. From July 2000 to June 2008, Mr. Lischka was an employee of Newpark Drilling Fluids where he held various positions including drilling fluids technician, programmer and technical sales person. He served as a Director of Cougar Oil and Gas Canada Inc. from August 25, 2009 to April 10, 2012. He served as a Director of Ore-More Resources Inc. since August 25, 2009. Mr. Lischka graduated in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary Alberta.
