Biography

To the role of President and CEO, Bhawnesh brings a wealth of strategic leadership gained from his 30-year career in electronics manufacturing, with cross-industry insight coming from experience at companies as diverse as IBM, Arrow Electronics and Tier I & III EMS providers. His industry experience includes global procurement and supply chain management, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma, business development, process engineering, executive and plant management, and business operations. Bhawnesh has a down-to-earth leadership style and enjoys rolling up his sleeves to tackle business challenges, as evidenced by his track record of building mutually beneficial relationships and high-performing teams. He’s passionate about excelling, and is an expert at identifying creative ways to apply his technological and supply chain expertise to help customers solve complex problems. Bhawnesh earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, and his MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Arizona.
