As Executive Vice President – People & Culture, Heather is responsible for organizational development, talent management, change management, total compensation and benefits, engagement of the Creation team, and performance management. Known for her open and inclusive leadership style and highly approachable personality, Heather has more than 18 years of progressive experience at Creation Technologies. She has a proven track record for collaborating at all levels of the organization to drive continuous improvement for Creation’s people and partnerships. She has a passion for driving organizational culture strategies that deliver strong performance and high levels of engagement.
