Biography
Mr. Fowler is president and chief executive officer of CWB Financial Group, and the chair of CWB Financial Group’s Executive Committee. Mr. Fowler previously served as CWB’s chief operating officer, where he was responsible for banking operations, credit risk management, and led the development and execution of the CWB Financial Group strategic plan and vision. He first joined CWB’s business lending team in 1991 and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Fowler received his Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Master of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia.
