Biography
Ms. Mulligan is a corporate director, and is standing for election to the Board for the first time. She is currently a director for Ontario Power Generation Inc. and the Ladies Professional Golf Association. She was previously the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. (previously Biovail Corporation), executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Linamar Corporation, executive vice president, systems & operations for Bank of Nova Scotia, governor for the University of Waterloo and Ontario Science Centre trustee. Ms. Mulligan is a Chartered Professional Accountant, is a fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and received a Bachelor of Mathematics (Honours) from the University of Waterloo.
