Biography
Harry has more than 30 years of executive management and technology leadership experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. He has spent a significant part of his career working in the Asia Pacific region, but also has extensive experience in Europe, North America, and South Africa. Harry has held senior management positions at various semiconductor manufacturing corporations throughout his career. He was most recently CEO of Vietnam - Chipscale Advanced Packaging Services (V-CAPS). Prior to V-CAPS, Harry was CEO and President of ASAT Holdings Limited a NASDAQ listed Hong Kong headquartered outsourced semiconductor assembly and test company. Harry held senior management positions at EEMS Italia SpA, Tessera Technology, a San Jose, California based provider of intellectual property for chip-scale packaging, and ChipPAC Inc. Cyrium is a company with cutting edge technology and a rising presence in the solar industry. Driving manufacturing excellence and solidifying our market presence for CPV applications will be a major focus of mine as I go forward with the Company. In addition to his executive management positions, Harry was the former Chairman of the Micro Electronics Packaging and Test Engineering Council (MEPTEC) and as the former Chairman of the Semiconductor Assembly Council. Harry also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. Harry holds both a master's and bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
