Dr. Bruce Rathgeber is an Professor at Dalhousie University of Canada . Dr. Bruce Rathgeber earned B.Sc.(Hon.) Applied Biology, University of Bath (UK),Ph.D. Fish Physiology, University of Aston in Birmingham (UK). Dr. Bruce Rathgeber research interests are the quality of poultry products produced for human consumption from the time a bird is hatched, through growth, including production of eggs, slaughter and product processing.
