Dr. JIMÂ MCNIVEN is affiliated to School of Public Administration, Dalhousie University. Dr. JIMÂ MCNIVEN is currently providing services as Professor Emeritus. He was the Deputy Minister of Development for the Province of Nova Scotia from 1981-1988 and went on to be the Dean of the Faculty of Management until 1994.
