Biography
Dr. Sargeant is head of the Division of Medical Education. Prior to this, she led the Program of Health and Medical Education Research in the division. She is actively engaged in curriculum and faculty development, serves on a number of national and international professional committees and editorial boards.
Research Interest
Dr. Sargeant’s research interest include many aspects of medical education: curriculum design, implementation, assessment/evaluation, teaching, research and administration across the continuum of medical and health professional education. She is currently developing a facilitated feedback model to enhance feedback, acceptance and use.
