Biography
Mr. Lavigne has served as a director of Depomed since July 2013. Mr. Lavigne is Managing Director of Lavrite, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in the areas of corporate finance, accounting, growth strategy and management. He was a financial executive with Genentech, Inc. for 23 years, becoming CFO in 1988 and was the Executive Vice President and CFO until his retirement in 2005. Mr. Lavigne serves on the boards of Accuray Inc., Novocure Limited, Puppet Labs, Inc., Rodan + Fields, LLC, and Zynga Inc. He is a member of Deloitte's Life Sciences Advisory Board and is a Trustee of Children’s Hospital of Oakland.
