John Raines  

Biography

John Raines, 34, is vice president of Devon’s Rockies business unit. He came to Devon through an internship in 2005, his junior year of college. Upon graduation, Raines joined Devon’s land department and served in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as vice president of Land. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma, with majors in energy management and finance. Raines also holds a law degree from Oklahoma City University. He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and the Oklahoma Bar Association.
