Biography
Jeff Matthews has 29 years of experience managing major transportation infrastructure projects involving highways, bridges and other municipal infrastructure. Jeff leads His project experience includes coordinating large multidiscipline teams, working cooperatively and effectively with a wide variety of project stakeholders, including contractors and sponsors, as well as involvement in all aspects of highway projects, including project management, design, environmental assessment, public participation and contract administration. Jeff has experience is all forms of alternative project delivery models for delivering solutions to clients. Jeff is the Technical Leader for the Engineering group and Director of Technical Risk.
