Biography
Christine McGinley has more than 25 years of senior management experience, specializing in the areas of operations, technology and finance, including her most recent role as Senior VP, Operations of Canwest Broadcasting. Chris is an experienced corporate director and currently serves as director and Vice Chair for Canada Health Infoway, an independent not-for-profit corporation funded by the Federal Government; director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Alberta Blue Cross, Alberta’s largest benefits carrier; and trustee and Chair of the Investment Committee and member of the Audit Committee for Northview Apartment REIT, an unincorporated open-end real estate investment trust. Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, and is a member of the Canadian and Alberta Chartered Professional Accountants. Chris has an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in Toronto, Ontario.
