Biography
Nandini is a talented lawyer specializing in areas including tax, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial transactions. Prior to joining DIRTT as General Counsel, Nandini practiced at Deloitte LLP and Bennett Jones LLP. She has appeared on matters before various levels of court, including the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Tax Court of Canada, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Nandini completed her law degree at the University of Toronto and her undergraduate business degree at the University of Alberta.
