Biography
James A. Bell is a member of the DowDuPont Inc. Board of Directors and serves on the Materials Advisory Committee. Bell was a member of the Dow Board of Directors since December 2005. The Boeing Company - Executive Vice President, Corporate President and Chief Financial Officer, 2008 to February 2012; Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, 2003 to 2008; Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller, 2000-2003. Previous positions include Vice President of Contracts and Pricing for Boeing Space and Communications, 1996-2000; Director of Business Management of the Space Station Electric Power System at Boeing Rocketdyne unit, 1992-1996. Member of the Board of Directors of Apple Inc., CDW Corporation and JP Morgan Chase & Co. Mr. Bell holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from California State University.
