Biography
Mr. Ward is chief financial officer of Cummins Inc., a global power leader. He has been CFO of Cummins since 2008. Mr. Ward previously served as its vice president - engine business controller, and is a board member of Cummins India Limited and Cummins Foundation. He is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK). Mr. Ward was a member of the DuPont board of directors from 2013 to 2017.
