Team Management with 390 direct employees, attending to 250 branches of the company, in 2 States. Responsible for the processes of Receiving, Storage, Separation, Shipping, Transportation, Inventory, Maintenance, PCP and Quality. Own Fleet Management and third parties. Presentations of Monthly Results for the Board. KPI's Assurance and CD Operational Process Improvement, as well as suggestions for improvements in CD layout. Elaboration of Annual Budget and monitoring of monthly Forecast. Team development and Personnel management. Development of suppliers.
