Biography

Over 19 years of experience in Retail, with an upward career in expression groups such as Carrefour, Dia Brasil and Drogasil.  Responsible for the implementation of the operation and support of the 92 Carrefour Express stores in Brazil.  Participation in the development of strategic planning, implementation and control of actions to achieve the goals, financial analysis, operational, administrative, controls, inventories, and analysis of sales indicators, known losses, absenteeism, turnover.  Participation in the selection and analysis of profile, hiring, leadership and development of the internal teams. Supervision of the sales team and elaboration of performance indicators, creation of methodology of performance evaluation, training of the team, focusing on results management. Responsible for the implementation and inauguration of the units from the planning, validation of the commercial point, execution of layout, execution of work, installation of equipment, hiring and training of teams.  Participation in the development of the projects of stores 24hs in Av. Paulista and in the two stores with cafeteria of Carrefour Express  Responsible for all the operations of own stores and franchises in the Dia% network, guaranteeing the compliance with the standards demanded by ANVISA.  Participation in the selection and analysis of profile of franchisees in Dia% network, responsible for the implementation and inauguration of units from the planning, validation of the commercial point, execution of layout, execution of work, installation of equipment, hiring and training of teams. 2017 - Travel to Europe to discover new concepts of the proximity format in France and Spain.  Graduated in Business and Finance Management, 39 years.
