Over 30 years of experience in System Integration and Field Services involving high technology, working for national and international corporations. ° Hundreds of medium and high end projects developed in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and USA, to the private and public/government, providing process control & automation, telecom & intercom, cabling & IT network, signage & multimedia, and safety & security systems, for verticals such as industries, office buildings, shopping malls, airports, ports, subways & railways, oil & gas, mining, banks, retail, telecom, among other sectors.  ° Project Manager position since 1984, Dept. Manager position since 1989, Director position since 1997 and as CEO, General Manager position since 2001. ° Relevant experience in all business management processes including start-ups, turnarounds, M&A, applying Corporate Governance, best practices, international policies and accountability (IFRS, Brazilian GAAP and CPC), audits, etc. ° Senior executive with track record of exceeding targets with solid expertise in managing all business areas - Operations, Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance and Back Office. ° Strategic skill in business development by planning, implementing and controlling, and building, leading and motivating teams to achieve the targets. ° Large experience in sales management by building and managing sales team, and making and implementing Marketing & Sales Plans.  ° Proactive, well organized and highly self-motivated. Decision maker and results oriented. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to perform under pressure and to turn around situations with crisis management. ° Fluent in Portuguese and English. Intermediate Spanish.
