Biography
Experience in large industries, focused on logistics since 1999. Experience of 6 years at Gerdau as Logistics Analyst and Team Facilitator and since 2008 at Votorantim Siderurgia as Analyst and later as Expedition Coordinator. I am currently Coordinator of PCP and Distribution Brazil at Votorantim Siderurgia. Focus of performance in stabilizing the results, through routine management and quality tools and search for improvements in stabilized processes. Focus on the search for the excellence of the Team, through Coaching, Training and Follow-up of their development.
