• Professional with experience in National and Multinational companies in the activities related to the SHOPPING AREAS | FACILITIES | SUPPLY LOGISTICS, excellence in the development and homologation of suppliers, supplying the Matrix and attending up to 30 Branches in Brazil;  • Purchasing Planning (B2B) and (B2C), Bid Maps, proficiency in controlling and monitoring the budget of the department, efficient negotiation of budgets and completion of acquisitions, Analysis, Elaboration and Maintenance of several contracts among them Comodato , Facilities and IT - SLA's;  • Analysis of purchases based on the ABC Curve for weekly inventory, in order to have the ideal inventory level for sales (wholesale and retail), in addition to logistics & physical distribution and e-commerce of products; • Providing the issuance of contractual documents, tax and customs clearance;  • Follow up of the flow of delivery of materials and services, supervising the purchase process and performing Follow-Up with the requesting areas, being responsible for Cost Analysis, KIP Analysis, product quality and payment methods;  • Coordination of transport / logistics in the activities of routing, delivery of collections and withdrawals;  • Responsible for Outsourcing and Strategic Source of materials and ability to negotiate Multiple Categories in parallel, MRO, Construction, Autoparts, A & B, Building Automation and Office Supplies, Cleaning, Disposables, Packaging and PPE, Hospital Medical Equipment and Graphic and Promotional Material, Infrastructure IT, Telecom and Air Conditioning. • FINANCIAL experience in payment write-offs, bank reconciliation, control of renewals of debts, negotiation and renegotiation of invoices and collection, accounts payable and receivable.
