Profile Hands on with experience of 20 years in Human Resources and 10 years focused on Remuneration and Benefits, experiences acquired in national and multinational companies in the segments: Automotive, Chemical, Civil Construction, Advertising, Retail and Services. Specialist in Payroll and Saving calculations for the preparation of Budget and analysis of the forecast proposing necessary adjustments aiming at the optimization of provisions, control of the headcount, personnel costs and payment of social charges; Administration of Benefits in negotiations of contracts, readjustments and suppliers, Administration of the private pension plan; Specialist in the generation of (KPI'S) and customized design of indicators for HR / Remuneration Management;  Great capacity for interpersonal relationship and communication, acting in partnership with the other areas of HR, advising the Managers and support for the Directors in the strategic decision making, elaboration of information relevant for the generation of Annual Reports and analysis of information for disclosure in CVM / Bovespa;  Project management of implementation, maintenance and updating of HR management processes aiming at solutions in integrated systems (ERPs) SAP and ADPWeb, acting as Key User, generating controls and indicators of the area.
