Personal and Professional Qualification  Areas of operation:  - EXPANSION:   Management of the expansion department, having as responsibility the following duties:   Approval of the commercial points, technical and financial feasibility study, negotiation with the owners regarding lease or purchase values of real estate.   Approval of layouts, definition of furniture and visual communication.   Contracting of suppliers for the execution of construction works or reforms of new commercial points and monitoring of works.   Legalization of documentation before city halls for the execution of works and opening of branches.   Responsible for the general maintenance of the branches at the national level. - PHARMACEUTICAL RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL AREA:   Responsible for the proper functioning of the subsidiaries in order to obtain quality, agility in customer service and profitability of the company.   Experience in stock control management, definition of product mix according to the socio-economic characteristics of each branch and definition of margins to be applied.   Experience in controls, coordination, negotiation of promotional spaces, planning of promotional actions in conjunction with the pharmaceutical, hygiene and beauty industries, perfumeries, cosmetics and dermocosmetics.   Experience in tracking and monitoring performance and sales targets.   Experience in inventory analysis and loss prevention system.  Experience in the implementation of the delivery system.   Experience in category management of products, as in the definition of the layout of products in the sales area.   Responsible for identifying the need for hiring and adequacy of staff and career plan.   Managing training priorities with the goal of developing team professionals.
