Professional generalist, with 18 years of experience in the Human Resources area and in all its subsystems, being the last 06 years in leadership level in large companies. Experience in human resources management in different scenarios: Implementation of human resources area and its subsystems, merger between companies, organizational restructuring in times of crisis, unification of processes and platforms as well as planning and directing the area of ​​human resources to converge with the strategies of the organization, expertise in projects such as revitalization database of Senior software (personnel administration modules) and deployment (electronic point modules, medicine and work safety, benefits, positions and salaries, recruitment and selection, training, labor, HR and E-Social portal).
