Biography

Professional generalist, with 18 years of experience in the Human Resources area and in all its subsystems, being the last 06 years in leadership level in large companies. Experience in human resources management in different scenarios: Implementation of human resources area and its subsystems, merger between companies, organizational restructuring in times of crisis, unification of processes and platforms as well as planning and directing the area of ​​human resources to converge with the strategies of the organization, expertise in projects such as revitalization database of Senior software (personnel administration modules) and deployment (electronic point modules, medicine and work safety, benefits, positions and salaries, recruitment and selection, training, labor, HR and E-Social portal). Management and development of personnel management team (admission, registration, analysis and definition of types of employment contract, electronic point, payroll processing, INSS charge management, FGTS, IRRF, SEFIP generation and social connectivity, sending of CAGED, holiday routine, contract termination processing, as well as homologations in trade unions and DRTs, routine annual obligations RAIS and DIRF, follow-up of all labor disputes and definition of the line of defense, expertise in the negotiation and follow-up of agreements collective bargaining, PLR and issues related to labor relations, negotiation skills with the Union, DRTs and MPTs to deal with improving the quality of life of professionals in the organization, conciliation of interests and conflict management.
