Biography
Jeff is a Senior Principal and Senior Geoscientist with DST who joined the firm in 1993. He has held positions of Project Manager, Branch Manager and Sector Manager and has served on the Board of Directors since 2007. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist in the Provinces of Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia, and is a member of the International Association of Hydrogeologists and the Association of Groundwater Scientists and Engineers. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in managing and supervising environmental and geotechnical projects which include Environmental Site Assessments, Site Remediation, Peer Reviews, Risk Assessments, Construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control for Large Scale Heavy Civil Projects, Mine Site Rehabilitation, Design-Build Projects, Slope Stability, Hydrogeological Investigations and Assessments for industrial, commercial and institutional projects in the private and public sectors throughout Canada. Jeff has also provided expert witness testimony services. Aside from his responsibilities at DST, Jeff is active within his home community serving as a Director of the Kenora Golf and Country Club and a Director of the Kenora Thistles AA/AAA Hockey Organization.
