Daniela Crivianu-gaita

Biography

Daniela joined Dynacare as Chief Information Officer in 2014 bringing extensive leadership experience in information and business technology management to her role. Before joining Dynacare, she served in various executive positions at the Hospital for Sick Children including Director of Information Services and Vice-President/Chief Information Officer. Prior to this, Daniela was head of the Computer Department at the County Hospital of Timisoara, Romania as well as Associate Professor in the Medical Informatics Department at the University of Medicine Timisoara. She holds a Master of Science with Honours degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara, Romania. Daniela has also served as a member of the National Board of Directors of the CIO Association of Canada and as a member of the Professional Advisory Committee at the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management, Ryerson University. In addition, for two years in succession, Daniela was named one of Canada’s Top 25 Women of Influence by the Women’s Executive Network.
