Biography
Thinh Pho is the Executive Vice President of North America. His key objective is to drive Dynacast’s growth in this region. Thinh joined Dynacast in November of 2013 with over 20 years of operations, program management, engineering, and business development experience. Thinh made fantastic progress as GM of Lake Forest in just three years; streamlining and expanding operations, as well as strengthening customer relationships. Thinh brings a collaborative mindset, strength in leadership, and an energized strategic vision to the North American region. Prior to working at Dynacast, Thinh was the Vice President of Operations at Bloom Energy. He was also the Director of Operations Program and Strategy at Hawker Beechcraft. Thinh also held prior Profit & Loss and Lean Manufacturing leadership roles at Eaton Corporation and United Technologies Corporation. Thinh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University. Followed by a Master of Science in Management and Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1998.
