Currently chief executive officer of Entreprises Riel, Norm boasts over 25 years of experience in the tourism industry and 15 years of experience in the economic development field. Entreprises Riel is an economic development agency serving the bilingual districts of Winnipeg. His role includes overseeing its tourism division, Tourisme Riel. Under his guidance and vision, the organization has spearheaded a number of community revitalization projects in St. Boniface and St. Norbert.
