Biography
As vice-president and chief commercial officer at the Winnipeg Airports Authority, Pascal oversees all commercial activities at the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport, including air service development, air cargo, marketing and sales, real estate, and communications and public relations. Prior to moving to Winnipeg in November 2010, Pascal held the position of president & COO at Aéroport de Québec Inc.
