Kevin Alm

Biography

Kevin Alm leads the Solutions Area, a team within the Client Strategies Group that helps accelerate the Solutions-based Approach to deliver an ideal client experience. The team integrates the firm’s advice and guidance, products and services, tools, training and field support to make it easier for branch teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. This team also consolidates and applies critical research and best practice on client service excellence. He began his career at Edward Jones in 1992 as a financial advisor in Falcon Heights, Minn., a suburb of St. Paul. In 1995, he assumed responsibility for an office in Fergus Falls, Minn. He was named a principal with the firm in 2002 and relocated to St. Louis, where he was given responsibility for New Financial Advisor Training. In 2007, Alm assumed responsibility for all of Financial Advisor Training, and in 2011, he assumed additional responsibility for the newly created Branch Training department, which provides training to the firm’s branch office administrators. Alm is a member of the Management Committee and the Performance Strategies Group. He also serves on the Washington University Capital Campaign Volunteer Board. Originally from Grand Forks, N.D., Alm has undergraduate degrees from Florida International University in Miami and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
