Corey Brennan

Biography

Corey Brennan has always had an eye for design and composition. He combines that eye with intuition, an innate sense of dimension, and the ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete conceptual brands. Corey has that unique combination of artistic talent, attention to detail, and business savvy. He has grown his company through a lot of hard work, passion, and an ongoing openness to learn new things. Corey has 15 years of experience in the design industry as a graphic designer. He started ELEVATE Design in 2007, and since then he has worked on graphic design projects ranging from identity/logo design and vehicle wraps to websites, and interior graphics.  His clients include Schlumberger, DIRTT, CoCoCo Bernard Callebaut, Event Matters, Hallmark Tubulars, and COOLIT Systems, to name a few. With a Bachelor of Design from Alberta College of Art and Design (ACAD), and a Bachelor of Applied Petroleum Engineering from SAIT, Corey understands both the art and the science of great design. He spent 5 years in the oil and gas industry in Calgary, and brings an understanding of business and corporate clients’ needs to his work. In addition to operating ELEVATE, he teaches design at ACAD and Mount Royal University. Corey is also a keen participant in outdoor sports like hiking and mountain biking where he uses his eye for design and composition in his photography.
