Biography
The power of negotiation has never been lost on Dwayne. Knowing that his 14th Birthday had to be a big bash he lobbied for a DJ, eventually convincing the powers-that-be (his mom) that a DJ was the piece de resistance that would make his party a huge hit. To this day, Dwayne loves rallying clients, suppliers, co-workers, vendors and anybody else who needs to be brought on board to create show-stopping events.   Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary, majoring in Leisure, Tourism and Society. His working career began in the hotel industry, taking him from dish pit to executive management, and across North America, launching new hotels.   As Event Producer and the leader of the Calgary event team Dwayne thrives on the challenge of planning and executing high quality events with seamless client service. Since 2008 he has led teams to produce multi-location events for major corporations across Canada and in the USA, executed on-site brand activations and produced many other dynamic corporate and social events.
