Biography
Keith Doyle is an Assistant Professor Industrial Design, Faculty of Design + Dynamic Media, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Emily Carr University of Art + Design. He is a Lead/co-lead Investigator on a number of research initiatives that include activities enabled by NSERC, NRC, and SSHRC funding. He is a Co-Investigator for the cloTHING(s) as Conversation project, a founding faculty member and a current Co-Director of Material Matters, a pragmatic material research cluster. Keith maintains an active material practice exhibiting locally and abroad. He is a member of the board of directors for the New Forms Media Society as well as a member of the Canada Makes Additive Manufacturing Advisory Board. Keith is a recent alumni of the ACME Studios International Artists Residency Programme, London, UK, a Banff New Media Institute alum, as well as a former NYC Dance Theater Workshop ARMlab fellow.
