Biography
Philippe Raphanel immigrated to Canada in 1981 and has since exhibited his work across the country, the United States, and Australia. He has received numerous Canada Council grants and the VIVA award in 1996. He has taught at Simon Fraser University and at Emily Carr Univeristy of Art and Design for the last eight years. His work is presently represented by the Equinox Gallery in Vancouver.
