D. Guy Jarvis

Biography

Mr. D. Guy Jarvis has been President of Enbridge Employees Services Company Inc., since August 2, 2015. Mr. Jarvis has been an Executive Vice President of Liquids Pipelines at Enbridge Energy Management LLC and Enbridge Energy Company, Inc., the General Partner of Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P., since March 1, 2014. He has been an Executive Vice President of Enbridge Inc. since May 2, 2016 and has been its President of Liquids Pipelines since February 27, 2017. He served as President of Liquids Pipelines & Major Projects at Enbridge Inc. since May 2, 2016 until February 27, 2017. He has been the President of Enbridge Pipelines Inc. since March 01, 2014. He has been President of Liquids Pipelines since March 1, 2014. He was responsibility for all of Enbridge’s crude oil and liquids pipeline businesses across North America. He has more than 28 years of industry experience and an ECT Trustee. From October 2013 to March 1, 2014, Mr. Jarvis served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Liquids Pipelines, with responsibility for strategic and integrated services, customer service, finance and business and market development from November 2013 to March 1, 2014 and from October 2013 to March 1, 2014 respectively. He served as President of Gas Distribution and President of Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. since September 1, 2011 until October 1, 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations & Enterprise Risk at Enbridge Inc. since October 2010 until September 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Enbridge Pipelines Inc. from March 2008 to October 2010. He served as Vice President of Upstream Development for Enbridge Pipelines Inc. from December 2004 to March 2008. He led Enbridge's Liquids Pipelines business development group. He served as President of Lawrence Gas. He served as Vice President of Gas Services for Enbridge Inc. Mr. Jarvis has been a Director of Enbridge Energy Management LLC and Enbridge Energy Company, Inc. since March 1, 2014. He has been Director of Enbridge Pipelines Inc. since 2014. He served as Director of Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. since 2011. Mr. Jarvis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
