Biography
As Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development, Benoît Grenier is responsible for architecting and deploying Enerkem’s human capital plans and related strategies. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Grenier possesses a unique blend of corporate HR and management consulting background, more specifically in manufacturing, energy and resources, financial services and public sector. Throughout his career, Mr. Grenier has built and grown world-class HR organizations and consultancies, while delivering innovative solutions to a wide range of companies in North America and Europe. He held several corporate HR leadership positions, namely at Bombardier Aerospace and Bombardier Transportation in Europe, Pratt & Whitney Canada and General Motors of Canada. Before joining Enerkem, he was a partner and national practice leader with Mercer where he headed the Canadian Leadership and Organization Performance consulting business, as well as the Rewards consulting business for Eastern Canada. He also served as Senior Manager for Deloitte's Human Capital consulting practice in Quebec
