Dominique Boies

Biography

 As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Dominique Boies is responsible for defining and implementing Enerkem’s financial strategy. In this capacity, he leads and oversees all aspects of finance, accounting and legal matters across the organization.   Mr. Boies brings over 20 years of experience in senior executive roles in finance and operations. Prior to joining Enerkem in January 2017, he was Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at RONA, responsible for the financial and corporate strategy, investor relations, accounting, financing, treasury and legal affairs. He led the company’s turnaround as well as the transaction that resulted in the acquisition of RONA by Lowe’s. Prior to this, Mr. Boies held various senior executive positions at RBC Royal Bank and at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Quebec, one of the largest institutional fund managers in North America.    Mr. Boies holds a Bachelor as well as a Masters degree in finance from the Université du Québec in Montreal (UQAM).
