Biography
As Senior Trainer in EA’s Training, Fulfillment and Support ​team, Denver Redman helps clients solve their business objectives by orienting, training and supporting them in their use of EA data, software and services. He serves as a liaison between EA and its clients by communicating their issues, concerns and suggestions which, in turn, helps EA improve its product offerings. Previously a member of the retail, media, real estate and entertainment practice where he was a Senior Client Advocate, Denver has experience in developing and implementing strategic insights, with a focus on consumer segmentation, customer acquisition, site selection and media mix optimization. He holds an honours Bachelor of Science degree in political science and psychology from the University of Toronto, graduated from the Research Analyst Post-Graduate Program from Georgian College and recently attained the Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) designation.
