Biography
Dmitry Safonov is a Programmer Analyst at Environics Analytics, supporting the organization’s software needs. His career has encompassed many industries, projects and roles, including serving as an architect, software developer, web application developer and server administrator. Previously, he worked at Tucows, a domain name wholesaler, Uberflip, a content marketing automation platform, and Crawford Technologies, a provider of software for document services. In addition, he worked at MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates specializing in visualization and prediction software. Dmitry studied computer science and mathematics at the University of Waterloo, where he received the Undergraduate Student Research Award from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.
