Biography
A Senior Trainer in EA’s Training, Fulfillment and Support Team, Hanna Wagner draws on her extensive experience as an educator to provide customers with application and keystroke training of ENVISION5, EA’s online business intelligence platform. Formerly a Client Advocate in the packaged goods, automotive, public sector and not-for-profit practice, Hanna applied EA’s data and analytics tools to provide clients with solutions to their communication and marketing needs. She also gained experience as an instructor using computer-based, virtual and in-person training methods to coach users of EA’s data. A graduate of the Research Analyst Postgraduate Program at Ontario Georgian College, she also holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University.
