Biography
As Director of Research ​and Development Project Management, Jessica Moore coordinates the regular operations and special projects of EA’s R&D teams: data development, modelling and data services, software development, quality assurance and standard research. She directs the implementation of interdepartmental activities and ensures the constant flow of communication between teams. Prior to assuming this role, Jessica was a Client Advocate with EA’s retail, media, real estate and entertainment practice. She has also held research and project management positions with organizations in several countries, including the Institute of Planning for the Municipality of Colima in Mexico, the Metropolitan University of Educational Sciences in Chile, 8-80 Cities in Canada and the Deutsche Bahn in Germany. Jessica holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in arts and business from the University of Waterloo, an International Project Management postgraduate certificate from Humber College and a Research Analyst postgraduate certificate from Georgian College.
