John Crouse

Biography

As a Senior Analytics ​Consultant at Environics Analytics, John Crouse works with all EA departments in designing, developing and implementing spatial and analytically-based decision support tools. With nearly 15 years of experience in the real estate, market research and analytics industries, he has developed statistically-based real estate and consumer marketing evaluation tools in both a corporate and field environment. Prior to joining EA, he was the Director, Real Estate Research and Analytics at Wendy’s, where he led a team that provided strategic research and analytics to the organization, with an emphasis on real estate development. In addition, John has more than a decade of experience in consulting, having held positions previously at Nielsen/Claritas and Intalytics. He earned a Master of Arts degree in geography, with a concentration in location analysis, from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, and a bachelor’s degree in geography from Ball State University.
