Biography
As Manager of Technical Services at Environics Analytics, Joseph Ng Chow provides technical assistance to EA’s customers and users, as well as system-level support for the company’s production, development and server and network capacity requirements. Previously, he worked as a software developer at IBM, where he specialized in web-based user interfaces and database support. A graduate of the University of Toronto, he earned an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in computer science.
