Biography
As a Client Advocate with Environics Analytics’ financial, insurance, telecommunications and travel practice, Lulu Tai helps clients gain a deeper understanding of their customers by developing data-driven, actionable insights. With four years of experience in the financial services industry, Lulu worked as a financial and small business advisor at Scotiabank prior to joining EA. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on marketing from the University of Toronto, where she also worked as a research assistant at the Rotman School of Management.
