Biography
In his role as Fulfillment and Support Specialist, Mauricio Vasquez helps implement the work of EA teams in client services, fulfillment and product management. He provides comprehensive training programs, delivers client fulfillment packages and conducts extensive testing of ENVISION, EA’s popular micromarketing tool. In his previous position as a Client Advocate, Mauricio developed reports, maps and profiles to help clients better understand their customers and markets. His background includes research and geospatial analytical positions at consulting and telecommunications companies, where he developed an expertise collecting, interpreting and maintaining data to support strategic planning. Mauricio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in geographic analysis from Ryerson University.
